Introduction of Xpark
The concept of “Xpark” is to create a parallel universe full of mystery, where the reality and unreality are intersected.

Xpark strives to create the best environment for species who live in different places on the earth by recreating temperatures, humidity, aroma and sound to mimic different living environments with combination of technology and performance. Customers are not just only seeing the species through the glass but with 360-degree panoramic immersive experience which make customers have the feeling of virtually being in the environment.

The main feature is all about the living species in Xpark. Presenting the mystery of creatures keep adapting themselves in order the fit into the environment with performance which can highlight the fascination of evolution of life.

Xpark is the only facility that combines education and entertainment, and it can fulfill endless desire and pleasure of learning new things.

What are your opening hours on holidays? Are you closed during the New Year?
We are open every day throughout the year: 10:00 ~ 18:00 from Sundays to Fridays and the last day of a long weekend; 10:00- 20:00 on Saturdays and public holidays.
Last entry into Xpark is 1 hour prior to park closing. Business hours may be changed under special circumstances. Please check the official website or fan page before visiting.

Do you have designated smoking areas in Xpark?
No smoking is allowed in Xpark, and there is no smoking room in this facility. Thank you for your cooperation.

Can I re-enter Xpark?
Yes,you can re-enter Xpark from opening time to closing time.
you can have the stamp at 1st floor exit or 2nd floor entrance, please have your hand stamped when you exit. The stamp is an invisible ink stamp, it can be verified when using a UV light.
Please present the handstamp and valid ticket to the staff at 1st floor exit or 2nd floor entrance for verification before re-entering.

Do you have parking space? How is it charged? Do I receive parking discount with my Xpark ticket?
Please use the parking garage in Landmark Plaza Taoyuan or Gloria Outlets; the parking space is shared among visitors to Xpark, Shin Kong Cinemas and COZZI Blu. The parking charge is NT$30 per 0.5 hour, and each parking car can receive up to NT$120 discount with an adult ticket to Xpark of the same date. To apply parking discount, please follow the instructions on the parking machine and scan the Qrcode on your ticket.

Any unused, valid ticket can be refunded after a deduction of the specified cancellation charge. Please refer to refund policies on ticketing websites or announcements on site.

No pets are allowed in the facility except guide dogs. Therefore, we do not provide pet services.

For better viewing quality and maintenance purpose, please refrain from bringing your own food during your visit, except essential items such as baby food, water, non-iodine diet, etc.. Xcafe on the 1st floor offers light meals and drinks, while vending machines are available on the 3rd floor.
